Ingredients

1 bottle Brut Champagne, chilled

½ cup of water

4 tablespoons Eco-BeeCo™

Strawberries for garnish

Preparation

In small saucepan, bring water to boil

Dissolve Eco-BeeCo™ in water, stirring constantly

Remove pan from heat, allow to cool

Place 1 tablespoon of Eco-BeeCo™ syrup into each glass

Drop in 1 strawberry

Fill with champagne

Makes 4 servings
